To qualify for an apartment at Ona with a guarantor or co-signer, the requirement proof of income of needs to reflect 5x the monthly base rent. Additionally, the guarantor must demonstrate acceptable credit and provide full documentation, including 30 days of pay stubs, bank statements, and tax returns if self-employed.
Ona is a market-rate apartment community. To qualify for a lease, applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.5 times the base rent. If you choose to use a guarantor, they are required to prove a gross monthly income of at least 5 times the base rent to be approved.

To request a reasonable accommodation or modification at Ona Apartments, please notify management by submitting a request to the leasing office, which can be done either verbally or in writing at any point during your residency or application. This process is a collaborative dialogue where you and Ona management work together to identify a functional solution that allows for the full use and enjoyment of the living space. Ona is a modern, professionally managed community in Sacramento, that follow all CA state and fair housing laws to engage in this discussion and provide a prompt response to your request.

Move-In, Lease Terms

Lease term options vary by availability and may include standard 12-14 months, or flexible lease terms.
Move-in requirements typically include a valid photo ID, proof of renters insurance, first payment, and proof of SMUD (electricity) enrollment. This is outlined during the leasing and resident onboarding process.
